is designed to challenge your body, renew your motivation, and yield incredible results. From aerobics and cardiovascular
training to strength and resistance training to kickboxing, Yoga, and Pilates, our classes are tailored to meet all fitness

Training package you will receive workouts designed around you and your personal goals that do more than motivate you to get
to the gym. Every session is structured to build cardiovascular endurance, improve strength and increase flexibility. It's

YOUTH FITNESS
We anticipate adding seasonal
youth fitness classes, and group activities, with special discounts for members' children participating in youth camps.
Updates will be posted as we progress.
Beginners Tumbling - Fun
for all ages this class will help kids gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Taught by a former University of Iowa
Cheerleader and former tumbling champion this class is sure to be a hit! Stop in or call for more details. Times and days

STRENGTH/SPEED/AGILITY CAMP
Specialty camp for the Jr./Sr. High School athlete that wants to gain
an edge over their opponent. Call or email for more details.
TAE KWON DO
Classes
are structured for ages 6-96 Monday and Thursday 6:30-7:30, allowing families to take part together. We offer Tiny Tigers
for ages 4-6 Monday and Wednesday 4:00-4:30. Classes are ongoing throughout the year. Come in to find out more!
