Bodysculpting - The goal of this class is to lose fat and gain muscle tone by adding a moderate amount of muscle tissue to the body. This class can be modified to accomodate all fitness levels. Resistance bands and hand wieghts are optional supplements to be used in this class. Mats will be provided Lori/Lisa/Krista
 
Strenght/Step - Up tempo workout for the entire body and all abilities. Gain muscle tone and strength endurance for the upper body, lower body, and core utilizing step routines, dumbbells, resistance bands, and exercise balls. All equipment is provided. Deb

BodyPump - Exercise to the beat of great music while lifting weights, stretching bands, and improving your cardio - fun class for everyone.  Lisa 

 Get Fit -  20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weight training, and 20 minutes balance & flexibility.  This is a fun class for all levels proven to get RESULTS!  This class is for you - Try it You'll like it!  Deb - This class is on hold until further notice.**

Advanced Cardio Boots - A high energy workout that combines cardio activity with bootcamp training. It is a fast paced mixture of upper and lower body strength work, sports calisthenics, kickboxing, and core conditioning. This class is designed to condition the heart and increase physical stamina. Bands, hand weights, and medicine balls may periodically be incorporated into class. Lisa

Ab Mania - 15-20 minute abdonminal routine focusing on strengthing and toning the core area of the body. Lisa

Nifty Over Fifty - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held wieghts and elastic resistance tube with handles are provided. Krista/Lisa

Pilates - Great way to burn some energy and relax to the music

Kickboxing - This class is for the early birds that want a great cardio workout to start their day. Also includes ab workouts and mucsle toning. Amy

Tae Kwon Do - Mixed Martial Arts of America offers fun and exciting class for the whole family to strength the mind and body. Ages 6 and up. Monday and Thursday
